6 radishes with leaves
1 six inch leek
4 tomatoes
1 spring onion
4 carrots

Optional: Worcester sauce & fresh ground black pepper to taste

Slice the leek lengthways, cut tomatoes to fit your juicer, top and tail the carrots. Alternate tomato, leek and spring onion with the harder radishes and carrots.

More people lose their teeth through gum disease than tooth decay. Naturally, there’s no substitute for proper mouth-keeping and regular visits to your dentist and hygienist.
